  • Turn your cell phones to silent.

  • Remove your shoes before entering the practice area.

  • Check in with the teacher and let them know of any conditions that might affect your practice.

  • Practice on an empty stomach.

  • Do not wear heavy fragrances or lotions.

  • Check your ego at the door.

01
I'm new. Where do I start?

Start with the gentle classes. All our gentle classes are designed to introduce the new student to the basic fundamentals of a healthy yoga practice: breath, postures, alignments, terminology, purpose, and more.

02
Do I need a mat or props?

Mats, blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters are provided, however, many people prefer to bring their own mats as practice is done with bare feet.

03
What do I wear?

Wear comfortable clothes you can easily move in, sweat in, and remained covered in while bending over, twisting, and stretching.

04
What if I'm late or have to leave early?

Arriving late or leaving early can disrupt students and teachers, however, we know life happens. If for some reason you are going to be late or must leave early, please let the instructor know before class as the studio door is locked once class begins.
