This yoga class is tailored for a beginners' needs, though experienced practitioners could benefit greatly as well. In this class we focus strongly on the alignments of the basic poses (Asanas), fundamental breathing techniques. and how to properly combine breath with Asana. We are moving slowly, holding the poses longer and encouraging practitioners to safely explore their limits, focus on their breath and listen to their bodies. With regular attendance of this class, practitioners gradually and safely build up strength, endurance, flexibility, and develop body awareness in preparation for more advanced Asanas. Hands-on adjustments, props and modifications are used during the class to suit students' needs.

Beyond the Basics Flow (Mixed Levels)
This is a mixed level class built for those who feel comfortable in 'Yoga Basics ' classes in the studio and would like to be challenged more. Class structured to further develop strength, flexibility, endurance and take focus and awareness to a new level. The Class is often spiced up with preparatory poses for more complex transitions and the full expressions of the more advanced poses are given as an option. Yoga philosophy, wisdoms, and quotes are often interwoven into the class, combining perspiration with inspiration. This class is playful, encouraging, accepting and supporting! Modifications are given to accommodate practitioners of different levels.
Gentle Yoga (All Levels)
A therapeutic approach is used in this gentle practice designed for those who want to move at a slower pace. Each student is given ample time to comfortably ease into each pose. While class is not always entirely on the floor, plenty of attention is given to seated, reclined, or restorative postures that open the hips, spine, shoulders and boost immune system. Morning classes will focus on awakening and evening classes will focus on preparation for rest.

Deep Stretch and Restore (All Levels)
Class includes deep stretches and gentle movements combined with breath work (pranayama) to help relax, unwind and prepare your body and mind for a good restorative night sleep.

Happy Hips and Healthy Back
Open hips and supple core contributes tremendously to the health of the spine. This is an all level class which focuses on deep hip openers, core strengtheners, and spine health. This class helps to gain flexibility, improve balance and prevent injuries.
All Level Dynamic Flow (All Levels)
This basic flow class is appropriate for practitioners of all levels. Well rounded class structure helps to build strength and flexibility while needed modifications are given to students of different levels to insure safe and enjoyable practice. Basic meditations and breathing techniques are introduced through out the class to enhance relaxation. Everybody is welcome!
Balanced Body and Mind Flow(Mixed Levels)
This is a mixed level vinyasa flow class tailored for students with a different level of experience in yoga, from beginners to advanced. Class is good for taking your practice a little further. It helps to build up strength, endurance, flexibility, and develop body awareness in preparation for more advanced transitions. While flowing at a moderate pace, we are focusing strongly on correct alignments in each asana, proper breathing and combining the two together. Some poses are held for longer periods of time, encouraging practitioners to safely explore their limits, focus on their breath and listen to their bodies. A focus is often made on asanas that develop deep inner core strength and flexibility, stretch tight hamstrings and open hips and shoulders. Hands-on adjustments, props and modifications are often used during the class to suit students' needs.
